- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Our loan officer was Steve Candow. My wife and I had a corporate relocation from Dallas Texas to Medina Ohio. We had already sold our Dallas house and had 30 days to find, buy and close on a house in Ohio. Needless to say, that put a great deal of pressure on our mortgage company to process our loan. Steve told us he could get us approved with time to spare, no problem. Simply stated, Steve Candow and Crosscountry Mortgage were outstanding !!! We were ready to close with almost 1 week to spare. He answered his phone and kept us perfectly updated every step of the way. We've done corporate relocations three times in the last 7 years, this was the best mortgage experience BY FAR.
